The Town Council offices are open to the public, as follows:
Mondays - 0900hrs to 1200hrs
Tuesdays - 0900hrs to 1200hrs
Wednesdays - 0900hrs to 1200hrs and 1230hrs to 1530hrs
Thursdays - 0900hrs to 1200hrs
Fridays - 0900hrs to 1200hrs

The offices are manned and able to receive telephone calls and emails on Mondays and Wednesdays between 0830hrs and 16:30hrs and on Fridays between 0830hrs and 1530hrs.

Outside of opening hours, the Town Council can be contacted by telephone and/or email. An answerphone messaging service is available when the Town Hall is not manned, and all enquiries will receive a response as soon as it is reasonably possible to do so.
