Let's Talk About Kent Libraries

We know that the library services KCC provide are hugely valued. The Libraries, Registration and Archives Strategy helps them to steer the service in the right direction. This is even more important now as we continue to recover from lockdown. Whether you are a current library user or not, KCC’s Engagement and Consultation Team need your help to develop a new strategy.

Over the next few months there will be lots of opportunities to get involved as they listen to feedback and invite you to take part in more activities.

There are currently three ways to get involved:

• Quick questions - answer a few questions to help them understand if your use of library services has changed because of the pandemic
• Stories - tell them what Kent Libraries mean to you
• Ideas - tell them what would encourage you to use their services more or for the first time. This could be your ideas for new services or improvements to the existing services.
