 When does the Town Council discuss matters in Private Session?

The Town Council only discusses matters in Private Session (when Public and Press are excluded) if the business being discussed relates to sensitive legal, contractual, tenancy or personnel matters which may serve to prejudice legal or contractual negotiations, or have the potential to identify any individual person who may be the subject of discussion in contravention to Data Protection legislation.
