2021
The Mayor, Councillor Paul Thomas would like to thank everybody who entered the two Christmas Competitions.
We received a high number of entries for the Christmas Card Competition. Congratulations to everyone who entered, the standard of the entries was impressive and it was extremely hard to choose. Finalists and winners were announced at the end of the Lantern Parade, in St Nicholas Church. All finalists received a Christmas Stocking and Certificate. In addition, the winners of the three age categories were awarded a framed certificate, pack of their Christmas Card design and £10. The winning designs have been sent to Councillors, Mayors and local people.
