Residents are being called and told they are eligible for the Household Support Fund.
What
happens:
- The caller says they are from the local council
- They ask for the resident's bank details so £250 can be transferred
| The Household Support Fund (HSF) will not ask for your bank details, as a voucher is sent via post, text or email.
