ENCTS Bus Pass Renewals

Do you or someone you know have an Older Persons or Disabled Persons concessionary bus pass due to expire at the end of March this year? Read on for details of how passes will be renewed.

You do not need to do anything now unless you have moved since you received your existing pass. In this case please let us know your new address so that we can send your pass or a letter with details of how to renew. Details of how to do this can be found at www.kent.gov.uk/buspass.

Older Persons passes that have been used in the past year will be automatically renewed by post

If you have not used your Older Persons pass in the past year we will write to you inviting you to renew online or by free post

Disabled Persons passholders will receive a letter with details of how to renew
