Temporary Road Closures

We have been informed that it will be necessary to close part of Caldecott Lane, Lydd, from 11th July 2023 with estimated completion by 12th July 2023.

Caldecott Lane, Lydd, will be closed between the junctions of B2075 Romney Road and Dennes Lane, between the hours of 23:15 and 05:30 only, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via B2075 Romney Road, A259 Lydd Road, Swamp Road, Dennes Lane and vice versa.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing railway works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
