Temporary Road Closures

We have been informed that it will be necessary to close part of Chapel Road & Lyndhurst Road, Dymchurch, from 6th March 2023 with estimated completion by 14th April 2023.

Chapel Road & Lyndhurst Road, Dymchurch, will be closed between the junctions of Links Way and A259 High street, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

Works will be carried out on Lyndhurst Road from 6th March 2023 with estimated completion by 24th March. Works will be carried out on Chapel Road from 27th March with estimated completion by 14th April. Works on Chapel Road will begin once works have been completed on Lyndhurst Road.

When Chapel Road is closed, the alternative route for any through traffic is via Links Way, Lyndhurst Road, A259 High Street, Chapel Road and vice versa.

When Lyndhurst Road is closed, the alternative route for any through traffic is via A259 High Street, Chapel Road, Links Way, Lyndhurst Road and vice versa.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing gas works to be carried out works are undertaken by SGN.
