Polite, but Firm Notice!

Would the person who possibly believes that they are helping out the allotment holders PLEASE STOP DUMPING MANURE OUTSIDE THE ALLOTMENT GATES! This is 𝗙𝗟𝗬 𝗧𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗟! It has already been reported to Folkestone and Hythe District Council, and will be again. It is costing New Romney Town Council time and money to remove it. The allotment holders do not wish to receive it, and it is now beginning to block the gates. Please STOP!
