Temporary Road Closures

Due to works planned to be undertaken by UK Power Networks, it will be necessary to close part of Lympne Hill, Lympne, from 22nd April 2025 with estimated completion by 22nd April 2025.

Lympne Hill, Lympne, will be closed outside Studfall Ridge, between the hours of 11:00 and 18:00 only, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any Southbound through traffic is via Lympne Hill, Aldington Road, C564 From Lympne Town Boundary To A261 London Road, A261 London Road, A259 Military Road, A259 Red Lion Square, A259 Dymchurch Road, Botolphs Bridge Road, Lower Wall Road and West Hythe Road.

The alternative route for any Northbound through traffic is via West Hythe Road, Lower Wall Road, Botolphs Bridge Road, A259 Dymchurch Road, A259 Scanlons Bridge, A261 London Road, C564 From Lympne Town Boundary To A261 London Road, Aldington Road and Lympne Hill.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing utility works to be carried out, works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
