VE Day 80 Free Community Event

8th May 2025    7.00pm - 9.30pm Free VE Day 80 Community event on The Greens. 

Including: 

From 7.30pm - Children's craft tent, Reenactors, military and period vehicles, food and drink vendors.

8pm - East Kent Pipe band display

8.45pm- Community singing and 'Memories'

9.30pm National Beacon Lighting and singing of I Vow To Thee My Country.

Bring a picnic blanket or chair, come in period dress, bring flags and join the nation in this act of celebration, remembrance and hope. 

NB We are aware that the Coast Drive car park will be closed, so please come on foot, where possible.
