Kent Advice Hub (KAH)
The Kent Advice Hub is a free, confidential, independent, and impartial video advice service by Citizens Advice. It is part-funded by Kent County
Council.
Citizens Advice Advisers can advise and support you on various issues, including budgeting, benefits, and debt. During the video call, you will be able to see and speak with a Citizens Advice adviser.
If you would like advice on a problem you are facing, the Kent Advice Hub can help. You can access the service between Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. It is a drop-in service, so no appointment is needed.
How to get advice and support:
1. Make a video call by using your local video kiosk (tablet) at New Romney Town Council, Town Hall, High Street, New Romney, TN28 8BT. Open Monday to Thursday from 9.30am - 12.30pm.
2. Make a video call on your digital device from home, by visiting the website:
www.kentadvicehub.com (Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm).
This service is complimentary to other existing services that your local Citizens Advice provides.
