NHS Bus at the Maude Community Centre

The Kent Community NHS Public Health Bus will be visiting the new Maude Community Centre on Monday 21st March from 10.00am - 3.00pm to offer free Health Checks to those aged 40 - 74.
Even though you might be feeling great, if you’re over 40 you may be at risk of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, diabetes or dementia. A FREE NHS Health Check can help you reduce these risks and make sure you stay healthy.
