Urgent Road Closure

We have been informed that it will be necessary to close Dungeness Road, Lydd from 28th August 2025 for up to 2 days.

The road will be closed at the junctions of Harden Road and Kerton Road.

The alternative route is via Kerton Road, Coast Drive, The Parade, Coast Drive, Grand Parade, B2071 Littlestone Road, Station Road, A259 High Street, Lydd Road, B2075 Romney Road, Station Road and Harden Road.

It is planned that the road will be closed between 19:30 hrs and 7:30 hrs each day.

This is to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.
