Emergency Road Closure

It has been necessary to close Midley Wall, Lydd from 19th August 2025 for up to 21 days.

The road has been closed at the junctions of Dennes Lane and Midley Wall, Old Romney.

The alternative route is via Dennes Lane, B2075 Station Road, Romney Road, A259 Lydd Road, Swamp Road, Midley Wall and Vice versa.

This is due to unsafe carriageway to be carried out by Kent County Council.
