Emergency Road Closure

It has been necessary to close From Rye Road, Brookland from 11th September 2025 for up to 15 days.

The road has been closed at Hook Wall from Woolpack Inn to junction with Hook Lane.

The alternative route is via From Rye Road to Hook Wall, A259 Rye Road, Hook Lane and Vice Versa.

It is planned that the road will be closed between 8:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs each day.

This is to enable carriageway maintenance to be carried out by Kent County Council.
