Urgent Road Closure

It has been necessary to close Ashford Road, New Romney from 8th April 2026 for up to 1 day.

The road is closed at approx. 50m from a property called The Bungalow.

The alternative route is via Ashford Road, High Street (A259), Lydd Road (A259), Five Vents Lane and vice versa.

It is planned that the road will be closed between 08:00 hrs and 16:00 hrs each day.

This is to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.
